Warranty Policy

Thank you for using Techy for your repair!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if the issue was not completely resolved we're here to help.

All repairs come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers your repair as well as any parts provided.

Before requesting review of a repair, please make sure that:

• The product was serviced in the last 30 days
• The product is in the condition it was returned in

Warranty on product will be null and void if:

• The product is damaged physically
• Parts were supplied by the user
• The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled

Warranty limitations:

• Warranty of service is limited to repair defects
• The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of product
• Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to acts of God and force majeure acts
• Warranty product of product doesn’t cover other accessories
